8.5. Conditioner and heater




The Mazda 3 cars are equipped with the computer-controlled air conditioning system. In air conditioning system the full-line aluminum radiator of a heater with rectilinear circulation is used. Efficiency of heat exchange is increased due to use of the additional evaporator.

The electronic control unit of the conditioner has self-diagnostics function. Failure in system registers in memory of a diagnostic code of malfunction, at the same time the indicator of the switch of the conditioner works in the flashing mode.
