Measure degree of a buckling of a surface of the block of cylinders in six directions, as shown in the figure 2.159.
If deformation exceeds a maximum, replace the block of cylinders.
Maximum deformation of the block of cylinders: 0,10 mm

Measure diameters of cylinders in the X and Y directions at distance of 42 mm from the top surface (fig. 2.160).
If diameter of the cylinder exceeds a wear limit, replace the block of cylinders.
Standard limit of diameter of L8:
83,000–83,030 mm;
LF, L3, L3 (with the mechanism of change of phases of gas distribution):
87,500–87,530 mm;
Minimum / maximum diameter of the L8 cylinder:
82,940–83,090 mm;
LF, L3, L3 (with the mechanism of change of phases of gas distribution):
87,440–87,590 mm.
