Measure a beating of a cam-shaft (fig. 2.152).
If the beating does not meet standard, replace a cam-shaft.
Maximum beating: 0,03 mm.
Measure cam contour height in two points, as shown in the figure 2.153.
If height does not meet standard, replace a cam-shaft.
Neck No. 1.
Standard height of a cam-shaft of L8:
- An admission – 40,79 mm;
- Release – 41,08 mm.
- Cam-shaft of LF, L3:
- An admission – 42,12 mm;
- Release – 41,08 mm.
With the mechanism of change of phases of gas distribution:
- An admission – 42,44 mm;
- Release – 41,18 mm.
- Neck No. 5
Standard height of a cam-shaft of L8:
- An admission – 40,692 mm;
- Release – 40,982 mm.
Cam-shaft of LF, L3:
- An admission – 42,022 mm;
- Release – 40,982 mm.
With the mechanism of change of phases of gas distribution:
- An admission – 42,342 mm;
- Release – 41,082 mm.
