Establish an asterisk of a bent shaft.
Establish a chain of the oil pump.

Record an asterisk of the oil pump special adaptation (fig. 2.189).
Establish a guide of a chain of the oil pump.
Establish a natyazhitel of a chain of the drive of the oil pump.

Install special adaptation on a cam-shaft, then install the piston of the first cylinder in the provision of VMT (fig. 2.190).
Remove the lower cap of the block of cylinders.

Install special adaptation, as shown in the figure 2.191.
Turn a bent shaft clockwise to cylinder No. 1 piston VMT.
Establish a gas distribution mechanism drive chain.

Establish a natyazhitel of a chain and remove the holding wire (fig. 2.192).

Hold a cam-shaft, using a suitable wrench on a hexagon, as shown in the figure 2.193.
Tighten a fixing bolt of an asterisk of the camshaft.
Inhaling moment: 69–75 N · m.
Apply pure engine oil on a forward epiploon of a bent shaft.
Slightly press an epiploon a hand.
Press an epiploon, using special adaptation and the hammer.

Apply kremniyevoorganichesky sealant on a forward cover of the engine, as shown in the figure 2.194.

NOTE
Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders in 10 min. after putting sealant.
Kremniyevoorganichesky sealant is not required in the area C shown in the drawing as it there is already available (L3 with the mechanism of change of phases of gas distribution).

Thickness:
A: 2,0–3,0 mm;
B: 1,5–2,5 mm.

Establish bolts of fastening of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders in the order specified in the figure 2.195.
Again install special adaptation on a cam-shaft, as shown in the figure 2.191.

Screw a bolt of M6x1,0 a hand (fig. 2.196).
Turn a bent shaft clockwise to cylinder No. 1 piston VMT.

Hold a pulley of a bent shaft from a provorachivaniye by means of special adaptation (fig. 2.197).
Tighten a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft in two steps.
Tighten to 96–104 N · m.
Tighten on 87-93 °.
Turn off a bolt of M6x1,0.
Remove special adaptation from a cam-shaft.
Remove special adaptation from an opening of the lower cap of the block of cylinders.
Turn a bent shaft clockwise on two turns to the provision of VMT.
If the provision of VMT does not manage to be reached, weaken a fixing bolt of a pulley of a bent shaft and repeat actions.
Establish the lower cap of the block of cylinders.
Inhaling moment: 20 N · m.

Apply kremniyevoorganichesky sealant on the interfaced surfaces, as shown in the figure 2.198.

NOTE
Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders in 10 min. after putting sealant.
Diameter of a point: 4,0–6,0 mm.

Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders with new laying.

Tighten fastening bolts in the order specified in the figure 2.199.
Inhaling moment: 8,0–12,0 N · m.
