2.2.18.3. Installation of cam-shafts

Establish cam-shafts, at the same time the piston of the cylinder No. 1 has to be installed in a provision of VMT of a step of compression.

Tighten bolts of fastening of a cover of the bearing of a cam-shaft in two steps (fig. 2.187).
Tighten to 5,0–9,0 N · m.
Tighten to 14.0–17,0 N · m.

Instructions on assembly of an asterisk of the camshaft, executive mechanism of change of phases of gas distribution (L3 with the mechanism of change of phases of gas distribution).
Bolt of an asterisk of the camshaft or the executive mechanism of change of phases of gas distribution (L3 with the mechanism of change of phases of gas distribution) it is temporary, before installation of a chain of the drive of the mechanism of gas distribution, it is rolled manually.

The connecting bolt of an asterisk of the camshaft or executive mechanism of change of phases of gas distribution (L3 with the mechanism of change of phases of gas distribution) after installation of a chain of the drive of the mechanism of gas distribution is established on glue (fig. 2.188).
Inhaling moment: 69–75 N · m.
