2.2.14.5. Dismantling of the block of cylinders (termination)

Fig. 2.134. Components of the second stage of dismantling of the block of cylinders: 1 – the balancing block (L3, L3 with the mechanism of change of phases of gas distribution); 2 – rod cover; 3 – lower conrod bearing; 4 – top conrod bearing; 5 – rod and piston assembled; 6 – piston ring; 7 – cover of the radical bearing; 8 – lower radical bearing, persistent bearing; 9 – bent shaft; 10 – top radical bearing, persistent bearing; 11 – valve of a maslorazbryzgivayushchy nozzle; 12 – block of cylinders; 13 – adjusting laying

Remove the balancing block (L3, L3 engines with the mechanism of change of phases of gas distribution, see fig. 2.134).
Uncover a rod. Before removal of a cover of a rod check a side gap of a rod (see further). Take out a conrod bolt from a rod cover, striking a bolt with the kapron hammer.
Remove the lower conrod bearing.
Remove the top conrod bearing.
Remove a rod and the piston assembled.
Remove piston rings.

Fig. 2.135. Order of weakening of bolts of fastening of a cover of radical bearings

Before removal of a cover of radical bearings check an axial gap of a bent shaft. Weaken bolts of fastening of a cover of radical bearings for two or three receptions in the order specified in the figure 2.135.
Remove the lower radical and persistent bearings.
Remove a bent shaft.
Remove the top radical bearings, persistent bearings.
Remove the valve of a maslorazbryzgivayushchy nozzle.
