In a design the camshaft asterisk from the alloyed alloy of high rigidity tempered for increase in resistance to attrition in a point of contact with a gas distribution mechanism drive chain is used. On engines of the L3 models the asterisk of the camshaft of inlet valves is combined with the executive mechanism of system of change of phases of gas distribution (fig. 2.23).
