1.4.4.9. Check of level and replacement of oil in MKPP

The sequence of check of level of oil is given below.
1. Install the car on a plain surface.
2. Turn off a jellied stopper and remove a washer.
3. Make sure that oil in the transmission reaches the level of the lower edge of a jellied opening. If necessary bring oil level in the transmission to the established norm. Use oil of the same type that is filled in in the transmission.
- Quality of oil on API – GL-4 or GL-5.
- Viscosity of oil on SAE:
- all-weather – SAE 75W-90;
- it is above 10 °C – SAE 80W-90.
4. Establish a new washer and wrap a jellied stopper.
- The inhaling moment – 40–58 N · m.
- The procedure of replacement of oil in MKPP is described below.
1. Turn off a drain stopper.
2. Merge oil in capacity.
3. Establish a new washer and wrap a drain stopper.
- The inhaling moment – 40–58 N · m.
4. Turn off a jellied stopper and remove a washer. Fill in oil in the transmission to the level of the lower edge of a jellied opening.
- Quality of oil on API – GL-4 or GL-5.
- Viscosity of oil on SAE:
- all-weather – SAE75W-90;
- it is above 10 °C – SAE 80W-90.
- The volume of the filled-in oil – 2,7 l.
5. Establish a new washer and wrap a jellied stopper.
