Install special adaptation on a cam-shaft (see fig. 2.86).

Establish a lock bolt of M6x1,0 and tighten his hand (fig. 2.113).
Turn a bent shaft clockwise to cylinder No. 1 piston VMT.

Hold a pulley of a bent shaft special adaptation (see fig. 2.104).
Tighten a fixing bolt of a pulley of a bent shaft in two steps:
tighten a bolt the moment of 96-104 N · m;
tighten a bolt on 87-93 °
Turn off a bolt of M6x1,0.
Remove special adaptation from a cam-shaft.
Take out special adaptation from an opening of the lower cap of the block of cylinders.
Turn a bent shaft clockwise on two turns to cylinder No. 1 piston VMT. If the provision of VMT does not manage to be reached, weaken a fixing bolt of a pulley of a bent shaft and repeat the described actions at first.
Establish the lower cap of the block of cylinders and tighten its moment inhalings of 18-22 N · m.
