1.2.2.5. Functioning of safety cushions

If the blow sensors which are elements of system of safety cushions find frontal or side blow which force exceeds the set level, they give an electric signal for inclusion of gas generators of the corresponding inflatable pillows and blinds. The gas generator provides disclosure and inflation of a cover of a pillow then the pillow is quickly blown off. Inflatable safety cushions are disposable devices and are not subject to reuse. After actuating of a safety cushion become disabled and have to be replaced. For replacement of safety cushions address only on the service station of the official dealer of Mazda.
