1.2.1. Seat belts

Seat belts promote decrease in probability of heavy traumatizing at the road accidents and emergency brake application of the car. All seats are equipped with diagonal and zone seat belts. They are equipped with the inertial coil on which not used seat belt is involved. Inertial coils provide convenience to the driver and the passenger in usual traffic conditions. In case of collision of the car inertial coils block delivery of a belt and keep the driver and the passenger from dangerous movements. On back sitting diagonal and zone seat belts with inertial coils are established.

Be always fastened by a seat belt and you watch that all passengers were also fastened by belts or used the corresponding holding devices.

Not fastening of seat belts is extremely dangerous. In case of the road accident the driver and passengers who are not fastened by seat belts can hit the friend against the friend or against body elements, and also drop out of the car. At the same time they can suffer serious injuries or even to die. With other things being equal the passengers fastened by belts are in much bigger safety.

It is forbidden to operate the car with faulty seat belts.

It is dangerous to use faulty belts. At collision of the car the strap of the used belt can be damaged. Such belt cannot provide effective protection in case of collision of the car. At the road accident frontal safety cushions and pyrotechnic prednatyazhitel of seat belts work at the same time. Irrespective of, there was on forward sitting a passenger or not, worked or not any safety cushions or prednatyazhitel of seat belts, it is necessary to check serviceability of the belts established on front seats and all safety cushions. Replace faulty inflatable pillows and seat belts. It is forbidden to use the overwound seat belt: it is dangerous. At collision of the car inertial loading from body weight will be perceived not by all width of a strap but only its part. It increases load of the thorax bones located under a belt strap that can lead to severe injuries or death.

The person at the same time is forbidden to fasten one seat belt of two (or more).

It is dangerous to fasten one seat belt of two or more passengers at the same time.

In this case the seat belt will not provide due distribution of dynamic loading from blow of the car, and the passengers fastened by one seat belt will put each other severe injuries or can die. Always follow the rule: for each passenger – the seat belt.
