5.3.2.1. Removal

ATTENTION At removal of a steering wheel you do not strike blows with the hammer to a shaft. The steering column can be deformed.

Establish car wheels in provision of the rectilinear movement.

Remove a steering wheel a suitable stripper.

By means of a chisel and the hammer make grooves in heads of bolts of fastening of the mechanism of blocking of steering.

Turn off bolts the screw-driver.

Dismantle a detail of the mechanism of blocking of steering (fig. 5.11).
