To adjust a steering wheel in the longitudinal direction and on a tilt angle, execute the following (fig. 1.113):

1. Stop the car and lower the clamp lever located under a steering column down.

2. Establish a steering wheel with the required inclination and/or adjust it in the longitudinal direction, then bring the lever into the top situation to record a steering column.

3. Before a start of motion press a steering wheel up and down to be convinced of reliable fixing of a steering column.
