5.3.4.1. Check of a steering rack

Check a lath for cracking, damage and wear of teeths. Replace a lath if necessary.

Measure a beating of a lath (fig. 5.27).
Beating:
at most about A point: 0,15 mm;
at most about B point: 0,20 mm.
If the beating does not meet standard, replace a lath.
