2.10.2.1. Installation

Apply a small amount of pure oil on a new sealing ring.

ATTENTION
The damaged sealing ring can cause fuel leak. You watch to damaging a sealing ring, at installation of a fuel nozzle.
If on a connecting part of a fuel nozzle there are foreign objects, then the fuel nozzle and the distributor of fuel can be damaged. For prevention of damage clear a connecting part before connection of a fuel nozzle.

Establish a fuel nozzle directly in an opening (fig. 2.329).
Check that the fuel nozzle rotates smoothly.
If it not so, establish a fuel nozzle anew.
Establish a new clip of a fuel nozzle on fuel a nozzle and establish the supporting element on lower to a part of the socket of a fuel nozzle.

Insert a flange of a fuel nozzle into a groove of a clip of a fuel nozzle and shift a clip of a fuel nozzle on a nozzle, at the same time the groove of a clip of a fuel nozzle has to be parallel to a flange of a fuel nozzle (fig. 2.330).
Make sure that the flange of a fuel nozzle is completely inserted into a groove.
